I recently visited Beata for my first Indian head massage. I have experienced all types of massages, tried numerous therapists, chiropractors and healthcare professionals but I had never had an Indian Head massage before. I have been living with lower back pain and shoulder pain and tightness for a long period of time and I had not been able to find any relief that I was satisfied with.
After a session with Beata I can honestly say I was left feeling completely relieved and reinvigorated. I have gone back for follow-up massages and every time I have left her office feeling incredible. I was hoping to find relief from my pain, which I did, but I also have noticed other positives that I was not expecting. Since experiencing my first Indian Head massage I have less pain, increased mobility, I have less stress and to my surprise, I have even lost weight. I am a very active individual and despite my previous attempts at losing weight I had hit a brick wall and was unable to lose any additional weight. I can't explain how it's happening but after the massages I have been losing weight effortlessly and I feel great. I am at the lowest weight I have been in over fifteen years, which to me was just an added unexpected blessing.
